patience

a couple months ago i cut my hair shoulder length to strengthen and straighten the strands
i cannot wait until it grows long and thick, and brushes down my arms

i've just learnt, the hard way, to be careful on ebay!

and if you don't know how to use the buttons, beware of what you click on
i must have accidentally pressed autobid, and bid 29 for a pair of shoes. it ended up reaching $94 (+10.50) and i won, but because i'm in bali and assumed that they would definetly surpass my initial bet, hadn't even thought of checking my ebay account - and the shoes aren't even that great grrrrr!

it also turns out that the seller had another account, and was using that to jack up the price - the last real bidder bet just under 40!

so buyers, beware!

chunky munky

i went op shopping with my friend jo in subiaco this afternoon
and came across these chunky work boots hidden away in a corner

they are absolutely the most comfy and warmest shoes i've ever worn and i feel like i should be out rock climbing instead of sitting here, all rugged up with cake boss murmuring in the background
i also just bought this necklace off ebay, but unfortunately this will have to be my last purchase until i get back :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be found

ebay is such an exciting experience
last night i ordered a diana camera, today a lovely dream catcher ornament for my car, just now i found myself a pretty peacock necklace and i'm currently bidding on half a dozen polaroid 600 !
it's such a pity that i have to wait until after i return from bali to play with them, though i'm sure it'll be worth the wait :)
